Emma Charles, MPM, BSc. (Hons.). Emma is a RBC Relationship Manager with over a decade of excellence in the Financial Services Industry. She specializes in Business Lending and is passionate about helping businesses grow and regularly visits businesses seeking financial assistance and advice. She joined RBC Royal Bank in January 2018 as a Relationship Manager, a position that drives her passion to help entrepreneurial dreams become a reality.

With her love for interacting with people and the positive energy she exudes, she genuinely wins her clients trusts and they are confident her advice is always in their best interest.

Outside of work, she loves spending time hiking, is an amateur photographer and is a sport lover who is a Cricket Fanatic. In her younger years, she represented St Lucia in Netball at the Windward Island School Games.

Her educational background includes a Master in Project Management (MPM) from the University of International Corporation, Mexico (2016). A BSc. (Honors) in Sociology & Management from the University of the West Indies St Augustine Campus (2006). Certificates in International Training & Facilitation Skills, Leadership & Strategy from Global Campus 21 and a University Certificate in Counselling Women from Athabasca University Canada.
