Ethnie Miller Simpson is a Learning Architect, Global Speaker and People Branding Specialist with over 25 years building human capital with success in delivering two corporate universities in Jamaica, strategic programmes focused on workforce development, the economic empowerment of women regionally and SME capacity building.
She is a Fellow of the Fortune/ US State Department Global Women’s Mentoring Programme, A Fellow of the Cherie Blair Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative panelist alongside IDB President Luis Moreno and Gayle Lemmon from the US Council of Foreign Relations.
She is currently Chief Growth Officer & CEO of Zinergy International, President of the Women Entrepreneurs Network of the Caribbean (WENC), Secretary of the US Embassy Alumni Board, Mentor with the LASCO Master Class of Teachers, Board Member of the UTech Master in Science in Workforce Training Education, and, Board Member Human Resource Development Programme at the University of the West Indies. Her passion for advancing the economic empowerment of women has her recently added to a government ministry working group focused on the implementation of the Entrepreneurship Policy in Jamaica.
Additionally, Ethnie has a keen interest in credit repair, helping women’s businesses become more bankable and ultimately helping women earn and keep more of their earnings. Ethnie loves traveling and meeting people of all cultures, music of all types and of course dancing. January 2020
