Kyle Fishman

Kyle Fishman serves as entrepreneurship program officer in the Office of Public Diplomacy in the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs at the U.S Department of States, where he coordinates the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) and other regional entrepreneurship programming. This is his third Foreign Service tour. In Warsaw, Kyle was a consular officer and staff assistant to the ambassador. In Montevideo, he led consular outreach and fraud prevention. Prior to the Department of State, Kyle was a program officer at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), where he managed election observation, citizen security, and youth leadership programs in Central America. Originally from south Florida, Kyle studied government and international relations at Harvard College and spent a year in Costa Rica on a Fulbright fellowship with the Arias Foundation.
