Linda Montilla Celis is a young leader with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, who has a solid background and experience in the business world. She is the Founder and CEO of Táchira Project, a non-profit organization that promotes leadership, entrepreneurship and empowerment with the purpose of enabling people, especially young people, to take a more active and positive role in their communities and in society at large. She is also Business Development and Sales Manager at AIESEC San Cristobal, a UN-recognized international youth leadership NGO. She was Fellow of the YLAI Program of U.S. Department of State, which is the most important program of leadership, entrepreneurship and business of America and the Caribbean. She has multidisciplinary skills, covering areas such as full-stack web development, software quality assurance (QAS), graphic design and business management. Her passions are innovation, disruption, scientific research and leadership. She has stood out for being a proactive young woman, with a lot of initiative and participation in university and community activities, as well as being a promoter of social activism in the state of Táchira.
