Ling Ling Phung

Two Lings

She is an advisor, published author in HBR, and start up coach for social innovators.

She founded a business design and innovation studio called Two Lings and a fortnightly newsletter for social innovators called "Zen & The Art of Social Innovation". In order to share learnings over the past decade, she co-authored an article in HBR on Corporate Social Innovation.

She is passionate about the power of large institutions to be an agent for social and environmental change. Two Lings works with corporations, NGOs, and development organizations to bring scalable solutions to social or environmental challenges in under-served markets by leveraging their core expertise and assets. Some of their recent clients include Unilever, Pearson, and Verizon.

Over the years, She has also served as a mentor for MIT’s Global Ideas Competition and Unreasonable Institute’s Project Literacy Lab. She's created webinars for Plus Acumen’s Learning Lab and Grand Challenges Canada Accelerator.

Her portfolio of social innovations span from infant malnutrition and safe drinking water to increasing access to digital education and youth employability. These innovations have spanned these markets: USA, Australia, Kenya, Senegal, Mali, eSwatini, South Africa, Ghana, Bangladesh, and Indonesia.

She is an enthusiastic Sloanie '07 & MPAID'er '08, Ashtangi, and Meditator.

I love hearing from others working in social innovation.
