Mentoring

Women Who Support Women Movement (#WHSWM)

Successful Professional Ladies will be assigned a Volunteer Mentor who will provide guidance, advice and resource assistance. Mentorship sessions will be delivered online, once or twice a month, for one hour, over a period of 3 months. Each Lady must have the completed Business Plan and Action Plan ready for the Mentorship Program.

All communication between Mentors and Mentees must be copied to us via email. Feedback forms will be provided for these follow-ups.

This Mentorship Program is unique as the Mentee is expected to give back at some point. Whether it be providing a testimonial to the Mentor's work at a speaking event, or providing in-kind professional assistance within the capacity of the Mentee, if the Mentor is in need of such services which the Mentee can provide.
