After spending more than 5 years serving people as a secretary/receptionist she has developed and mastered a skill in Customer Service, Michealla truly knows how to meet the needs of customers and to keep them coming back.
Through her membership in SLUDTERA, and under the SLUDTERA brand, Michealla's company will aim to assist the youth, the unemployed, the employed and Entrepreneurs. She will help young entrepreneurs find their voice and achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
Michealla Charles-Noel also serves as a Co-organizer in the capacity of Presenter Recruitment (Head) of Startup Huddle St. Lucia, the flagship program of SLUDTERA. In this capacity, Michealla oversees Presenter Recruitment Officers in the various districts island-wide. She also serves as the Promoter of the Dream to Reality Course for Women, a project by another of SLUDTERA's programs, The Entrepreneurship Readiness Program.
